Lisa’s primary goal as a Structural Medicine Specialist and yoga teacher is to help people achieve optimal bodily balance and ease, so they can continue doing the things in life they love.

I first came to see Lisa after another therapist went on an extended vacation. It’s been a good surprise. Lisa evaluates your movement (or lack of in my case) from her training. Lisa is also a yoga instructor. She sees the body as a whole functioning system. She was able to release areas of structural lines that were tight and holding on that gave me discomfort and less movement. Integrative therapy releases my structural lines, tendons and the like that physical therapy and stretching do not. I will continue to see Lisa, as I am an active person and want to stay that way.

I first met Lisa years ago as my yoga instructor. Today I also know her as a skilled structural medicine professional. While I was her yoga student and she was in structural medicine training, we started addressing some of the physical issues I had shared with her over the years. At the time I knew nothing about the practice of structural medicine or how helpful it would ultimately be for me.
When Lisa first started treating me, I was under a fair amount of stress and assumed that the pain and movement limitations I was noticing were a normal part of aging paired with that stress. It didn’t happen overnight, but over time I was so happy to return to better balance and mobility as a result of our work together. I, like so many others I personally know, have really benefited from her treatments in order to have improved ease of movement in daily life.
Lisa has a real gift for recognizing and addressing physical situations that negatively affect overall physiology. It can’t be overstated how productive Lisa’s treatments were for me. I’m forever grateful to her, consider myself to be her #1 ambassador and I highly recommend her and her incredibly helpful work.
